From the moment our patients cross our threshold we want them to feel as relaxed as possible and welcome. Our comfortably appointed reception area is the perfect environment for patients to discuss the appointments with our reception team and to relax while waiting to see the clinical team. Two giant TV screens offer information about the clinic and news programmes. Complimentary teas and coffees – including speciality choices – are available. We offer a selection of contemporary reading material aimed at all ages and tastes. Our clinic surgeries have been designed with a focus on the highest level of patient treatment and care.
Surgery hygiene is of paramount importance and equipment such as non-touch water taps etc helps us achieve the safest environment.
We have a sophisticated decontamination suite which ensures all our equipment is processed and cleaned to the prescribed standards set out by governing bodies.
As well as the newest in-clinic X-ray equipment, our clinic houses a CT scanner which gives sophisticated 3-D imagery which assists greatly in treatment planning. All our surgeries have intraoral cameras – allowing us to achieve a detailed insight of a patient’s mouth which we can then instantly share to explain treatment plans more easily.
