In designing the clinic environment and facilities our number one priority is our patient… whether he or she is visiting for a consultation of undergoing a major smile reconstruction.
From the moment our patients cross our threshold we want them to feel as relaxed as possible and welcome. Our comfortably appointed reception area is the perfect environment for patients to discuss the appointments with our reception team and to relax while waiting to see the clinical team. Two giant TV screens offer information about the clinic and news programmes. Complimentary teas and coffees – including speciality choices – are available. We offer a selection of contemporary reading material aimed at all ages and tastes. Our clinic surgeries have been designed with a focus on the highest level of patient treatment and care.
Surgery hygiene is of paramount importance and equipment such as non-touch water taps etc helps us achieve the safest environment.
We have a sophisticated decontamination suite which ensures all our equipment is processed and cleaned to the prescribed standards set out by governing bodies.
As well as the newest in-clinic X-ray equipment, our clinic houses a CT scanner which gives sophisticated 3-D imagery which assists greatly in treatment planning. All our surgeries have intraoral cameras – allowing us to achieve a detailed insight of a patient’s mouth which we can then instantly share to explain treatment plans more easily.
We hope you will take some time to look at our gallery showing images of the clinic and its facilities.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
At Castle House Dental Clinic, Inverness, our aim is to provide a comfortable environment in which you and your family can receive the very best dental care available.
We pride ourselves on being a preventively orientated Dentist practice, meaning that where possible we use simple, preventive measures and advice to avoid a serious dental problem developing later that may require more complex treatment.
We would like to encourage all our patients to tell us how they feel regarding the health of the teeth and gums, and any other concerns that you may have, as it is only then that we can give advice or offer treatment to address a particular problem.
We fully appreciate any apprehensions that you may have and will do our best to reassure you.
